• What you type into the contact form: your name, organisation, email, what you run, and your message.
• Nothing else. No cookies, no analytics, no tracking pixels, no advertising tags. Every font, image and file on this site is served from this site; your browser contacts no one else.

Why, and what we do with it

To answer you. The form is stored in the website's database and emailed to us. We do not sell it, share it, or add it to a marketing list.

Where it is kept

The site is hosted by Cloudflare, which stores the form submissions and delivers the email on our behalf. Like any web host, it processes standard request data, such as your IP address, to serve and protect the site.

How long

As long as we are in conversation with you, and no longer than two years after the last contact, or until you ask us to delete it.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete what we hold about you, or object to its use, by writing to info@chirptech.io. We will answer within one month. You may also complain to your data-protection authority.
